Thank you for taking a peek at my profile, I know you have heard it and seen it a million times up until reading this but that is what I am here for, the achievement of your fitness and lifestyle goals.  It doesnt matter what it may be, lose weight, body transformation to get stronger fitter and leaner than you have ever been before, I can help you get there.
I have been a PT for 4 years now and I have been around fitness and exercise in all forms for years. My first experience of a gym was a small local weightlifting gym when I was 15 and the attitude and techniques I learned in there still stay with me today. Thats not to say I'm all about weightlifting (although I do love it) I spend most of my time in the functional fitness area because I believe for the majority of people that being flexible, strong and have the ability to use your body in a multitude of ways while preventing injury is paramount to a long and healthy relationship with our bodies no matter what life throws at you.
I have also served in the Army for 5 years which comes with its own unique style of training which is not only physical but mental as well.
I have the experience and knowledge to get you to where you want to be, I am constantly learning and there is nothing I haven't done myself so you can be assured its tried and tested.
Being a part of Mobile Gym Fitness is giving me the opportunity to spread my wings and help more people, because that is what I am in this for…YOU!!
I can offer you a real personalised experience no matter how you want to train.
I am now offer my clients, training in my Mobile Gym which allows me to bring the gym to your doorstep! The Mobile Gym is air-conditioned and heated and has a Concept rowing machine, upright bike, free weight from 2kg uptown 30kg! boxing equipment, suspension trainer and much much more.
