Thank you for checking out my profile, I have been operating my Mobile Gym for a little over 3 years and have been helping hundreds of my clients reach their fitness goals…

Fitness training has always been in my life and I enjoy working with my clients to help them reach their fitness goals. My Mobile Gym has a Concept 2 rowing machine and spinning bike which are two great ways to target your fitness levels. To build my clients strength I love using the free-weights and suspension training as it allows me to give my clients a range you different exercises.

Our Mobile Gym Fitness App allows you to request a booking with myself. It sends you booking reminders via text or email plus give you a number or payment options. You can easily monitor how many sessions you have left when you buy a block booking.

My Mobile Gym has all the bells and whistles! To start with the underfloor heating is great during the winter months and the Air-Conditioning is needed when we have those rare hot summers! The Concept 2 Rower gives you an amazing total body workout and loads of fun games to play to, combine that with the Recumbent bike and boxing equipment your fitness levels can only get better. To target those problem areas and condition your body to reach your fitness goals I have a number of other tools I can use from Power Bands, Dumbbells, Suspension Trainer and obviously your own bodyweight exercises.

Driving to the gym is now a thing in the past once you start training with me. As I'll bring the gym to your home, workplace or public space giving you a workout leaving you feeling on top of the world knowing your now working towards achieving your fitness goals.
