Personal Trainer

Thank you for visiting my profile page, my name is Kerri and I’ve been a qualified Personal trainer for about a year now. I know what it feels like when your at the point of wanting to make a positive change in your life, as thats how I became a Personal trainer! Not knowing much about fitness and weight loss I found myself a Personal Trainer to help me reach my weight loss goals. I worked really hard to reach my short term and long term fitness and weight loss goals and when I achieved them I carried on to become a Personal Trainer and now I’m part of the Mobile Gym Fitness Team helping my clients reach their fitness goals.
My first year in the fitness industry has been amazing as I have been able to share my own experiences with my clients and help them make similar lifestyle changes. I also love working with the older population with our popular seated exercise programme that incorporates flexibility, mobility, strength and relaxation using just a chair!
