Inside, you’ll find all the bells and whistles to keep your training comfortable and effective all year round. Underfloor heating keeps sessions warm and cozy in the winter, while air-conditioning keeps things cool during those rare but welcome summer scorchers!

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Concept 2 Rower – A full-body cardio machine with fun games to keep you engaged while burning calories.
  2. Recumbent Bike – Low-impact, joint-friendly cardio for endurance and fat loss.
  3. Boxing Equipment – Great for conditioning, coordination, and stress relief.
  4. Functional Training Tools – Including Power BandsDumbbells, a Suspension Trainer, and of course, bodyweight exercises tailored to your fitness level and goals.
